## Description

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager who thrives on winning new business. This is a player-coach role where you'll lead a small sales team while actively owning and growing your own portfolio of clients. If you're someone who loves building relationships from scratch, opening doors, and closing high-value deals, we'd love to hear from you.  
  
**Responsibilities:**  
  
\- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch.

\- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

\- Develop and grow relationships with enterprise clients, managed services firms, and systems integrators.

\- Lead and mentor a small sales team while carrying individual sales targets.

\- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

## Requirements

\- Proven experience managing and growing a multi-million-dollar portfolio.

\- Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.

\- Existing relationships within managed services firms, systems integrators, or enterprise technology companies.

\- Hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and close complex deals.

\- Experience in target markets such as Brazil, Canada, or similar regions is preferred.
