**Position Summary**

We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, while delivering actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources.
-   Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
-   Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
-   Translate business needs into data-driven solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
-   Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems.
-   Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
-   Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through quality checks.
-   Present insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable way.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
-   At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
-   Experience with Tableau; familiarity with Looker is considered a plus.
-   Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
-   Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
-   Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
-   Programming experience in Python or R is a plus.
-   Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
-   Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
-   Business acumen to connect data insights with strategic decisions.
