## Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized High Volume Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple U.S. locations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for frontline and community-based positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes and a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys high-volume recruiting, candidate interaction, sourcing, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

-   Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline positions
-   Post jobs and source candidates through multiple channels
-   Conduct phone screenings and candidate evaluations
-   Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
-   Manage offer process and pre-employment steps
-   Maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
-   Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
-   Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the ATS
-   Partner with hiring managers to support staffing priorities
-   Support hiring across multiple locations and communities

## Requirements

-   2-4 years of recruiting experience
-   Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
-   Experience recruiting hourly or frontline positions
-   Strong communication and phone screening skills
-   Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
-   Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
-   Strong organizational and time management skills
-   Advanced English communication skills required
-   Experience recruiting candidates in the US.
-   Preferred Background:  
    Healthcare, senior living, hospitality, customer service, call center, retail, or other high-volume recruiting environments
