**Workplace:** hybrid

**Department:** Marketing & Creative

## Description

**Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco – Hybrid
**Company:** MezTal
**Client Industry:** Senior Living Technology
**Employment:** Full-time
**U.S. Visa & Travel:** Required
**English:** Advanced professional proficiency required

About the Role

MezTal is looking for a **Growth Marketing Manager** to join our team and work directly with one of our U.S.-based clients, a growing technology company serving the **senior living industry across North America**.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can combine **strategy and execution**. You will help build and execute the client's marketing efforts across demand generation, marketing automation, content, events, digital channels, and pipeline development.

This is not a role focused only on managing a team, social media, or one specific marketing channel. We are looking for someone who can develop a strategy and then personally help bring it to life.

You will work closely with U.S.-based leadership and Sales teams while also coordinating external marketing agencies and vendors.

What You'll Do

- Build and execute integrated **B2B demand-generation campaigns** for the U.S. and North American market.
- Generate and track qualified leads, opportunities, and marketing-sourced or marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Own hands-on marketing automation activities, including email campaigns, nurture sequences, segmentation, landing pages, workflows, and campaign tracking.
- Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
- Partner with Sales on target audiences, priority accounts, lead qualification, campaign strategy, and Marketing-to-Sales handoff.
- Develop and execute content strategies across website, email, LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, webinars, events, case studies, and other channels.
- Create and edit professional marketing content in **English for U.S. audiences**.
- Support SEO/AEO and website conversion initiatives.
- Plan and execute webinars and conference marketing, including pre-event campaigns, meeting generation, event promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
- Travel to selected **U.S. industry conferences and events** and professionally represent the client when required.
- Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies, vendors, freelancers, or creative partners.
- Track campaign performance and use data to improve marketing results.
- Partner with leadership to continue developing attribution, funnel reporting, pipeline visibility, and CAC measurement.
- Use **AI tools as part of your regular marketing workflow** to improve research, content creation, campaign development, analysis, automation, and productivity.

## Requirements

What We're Looking For

- **4+ years of hands-on marketing experience**, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong experience in **demand generation** and executing campaigns from strategy through launch and measurement.
- Professional experience supporting the **U.S. or North American market** is required.
- Experience with CRM and **marketing automation** platforms.
- Experience developing and executing content strategies, not only social media content.
- Ability to demonstrate **measurable results** from previous campaigns, such as leads, MQLs/SQLs, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, conversions, or revenue influenced.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales.
- Experience with webinars, trade shows, conferences, or other B2B events.
- Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or creative partners.
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong practical use of **AI tools for marketing**.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build processes in a growing environment.
- **Advanced professional English, both written and spoken.**

You will regularly participate in meetings with U.S.-based leadership and teams, create marketing content in English, present ideas and results, and communicate professionally at U.S. events. **English proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process.**

U.S. Market, Visa & Travel Requirements

This position requires meaningful professional experience working with the **United States or North American market**, whether through U.S.-focused campaigns, audiences, customers, prospects, Sales teams, leadership teams, or other business stakeholders.

A **valid U.S. visa is required**.

Travel will not be constant; however, conferences are an important part of the client's go-to-market strategy. Candidates must be **genuinely comfortable traveling to the United States when needed**, attending multi-day industry conferences, interacting with U.S. prospects and business stakeholders, and professionally representing the client in person.

Candidates who have a valid visa but are not comfortable traveling regularly when business needs require it would not be the right fit for this opportunity.

Preferred Background

Experience in **B2B SaaS, technology, healthtech, healthcare, senior living, enterprise software, or another complex B2B environment** is highly valuable.

Direct senior living experience is not required. We are open to candidates from other industries when their experience is transferable to a B2B technology company serving North American organizations.

Experience with ABM, go-to-market campaigns, marketing attribution, revenue marketing, customer marketing, or product launches is also a plus.

The Profile We're Looking For

We are looking for a **builder and doer**, not only a coordinator.

You should be comfortable developing the strategy, opening the CRM or marketing platform and building the campaign yourself, creating or editing content, working with Sales, briefing an agency, preparing for a conference, reviewing performance, and determining what should happen next.

You do not need to be a professional graphic designer or a specialist in every marketing discipline. Specialized design or paid media work may be supported by external partners.

What matters most is your ability to connect:

**Demand Generation + Content + Marketing Automation + Sales Alignment + Execution + Measurable Results**

Working Model

This position is based in **Guadalajara, Jalisco** under MezTal's hybrid model.

- **First month:** approximately 3 days per week in the office.
- **After onboarding:** generally around 1 day per week, depending on client needs and travel schedules.
- Flexibility will be provided during weeks involving business travel or conferences.
- The role works directly with U.S.-based stakeholders, so flexibility to align with **U.S. Eastern or Central business hours** when needed is important.

Interview Process

We want candidates to know what to expect from the beginning. The complete selection process includes approximately **6 conversations/stages**:

1. **Recruiter interview with MezTal** – experience, English, U.S. market exposure, visa, travel availability, expectations, and overall fit.
2. **Internal MezTal interview** – deeper evaluation of your experience and alignment with the client.
3. **Interview with the client's VP of Growth** – marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on capabilities.
4. **Additional client interview** – conversation with another member of the U.S.-based organization or leadership team.
5. **Panel / Business Case** – you may be asked to prepare and present a marketing or go-to-market approach based on a business scenario.
6. **Final alignment conversation** – expectations and final alignment before moving toward an offer.

Because this is a multi-stage process, we value transparency from both sides. Before candidates reach the final stages, we will make sure there is clear alignment regarding **compensation, hybrid expectations, travel requirements, availability, and genuine interest in the opportunity**.

Why This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to have significant ownership and visibility while working directly with a growing U.S.-based technology company.

You will have the opportunity to help shape a developing marketing function, work closely with senior leadership and Sales, build processes from the ground up, and see a direct connection between your marketing work and business growth across the North American market.

If you enjoy **building, executing, experimenting, measuring, and improving** rather than staying within one narrow area of marketing, this could be a strong next step.

## Benefits

- **Christmas Bonus**: 30 days, to be paid in December.

- **Major Medical Expense Insurance**: Coverage up to $25,000,000.00 MXN.
- **Dental and Visual Insurance**: Always smile and see with confidence!
- **Life Insurance**: (Death and MXN Disability)
- **Vacation Days**: 12 vacation days in accordance with Federal Labor Law
- **Floating Holidays**: 3 floating holidays in addition to the 7 official holidays in Mexico.
- **Cell Phone & Transportation Allowance:** Employees receive a monthly total gross allowance of MXN $1,836, paid through payroll under the combined transportation and cell phone concepts.
- **Hybrid Scheme**: Enjoy the best of both worlds, remote and in-office work.
- **Multicultural Exposure**: Work with operations within Mexico and the United States.
- **MezTal Internal Events**: Strike a healthy balance between your professional and personal goals.
- **Exclusive Discounts**: Benefits with different companies for being part of MezTal.
- **Academic Agreements**: Access to national universities and language schools.
