WE CELEBRATE YOU!  We are actively hiring an Infusion Nurse (Oncology) to support our Valkyrie Clinical Trials Denver, Colorado site. **LOCATION**: Onsite **FLSA**: Non-Exempt **HOURS**: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week **COMPENSATION**: $42.00 - $57.00 per hour (depending on experience) ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  - Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all applicable regulatory requirements.  - Perform IV infusion and IM/SQ injections of blinded and unblinded investigational products according to study protocols,  - Obtain blood specimens and other biological samples from study participants/patients following proper clinical procedures.  - Ensure accurate and timely source documentation in compliance with GCP and sponsor guidelines.  - Monitor participants/patients for infusion reactions and adverse events and report and document findings per protocol, regulatory requirements, and site SOPs.  - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of study data and all participant/patient information.  - Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, pharmacy, and other clinical staff to ensure protocol compliance.  - Participate in training sessions and maintain current knowledge of clinical trial procedures and safety standards.  - Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.  - Additional duties as assigned by management.  - Communicate effectively, compassionately, and professionally with patients and guests, physicians, employees, and all others. ## Requirements PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:  - Work is performed on-site in an outpatient clinical office setting.  - Local travel may be required to other sites as applicable.  - Daily computer use.  - Exposure to human bodily fluids.  - Participant/Patient care.  - Occasional evening and weekend work schedules.  - Ability to properly lift thirty-five pounds and occasionally more than thirty-five pounds.  - Ability to drive and daily availability of an automobile.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education:  - Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.  - ONS/ONCC certification strongly preferred.  - GCP certification preferred.  - BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.  Experience:  - Minimum 2+ years' experience as an oncology infusion nurse.  - Clinical research experience strongly preferred.  - Proficiency in IV infusion, vascular access, port care, injections, and phlebotomy required.  - Proficient with EMR/EHR platforms.  Knowledge and Skills:  - Working knowledge of clinical research methods preferred.  - Critical thinking with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.  - Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with operations.  - Excellent oral and written communication skills.  - Ability to communicate effectively, compassionately, and professionally with patients and guests, physicians, employees, and all others.  - Excellent computer skills to include EMR, Office365 and other products.  - Experience in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures preferred.  - Strong problem solving, risk assessment and impact analysis abilities.  - Demonstrated experience in process improvement.  - Flexible, able to multi-task, and prioritize competing demands.  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  - Ability to think and work independently with minimal supervision.  - Possess strong clinical nursing and patient care skills. ## Benefits Flourish Research offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include: Health, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with a 100% employer match on the first 4% of employee contributions, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, employee referral program, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability insurance, and a generous PTO plan covering vacation, sick, personal days and 8 paid holidays.  Flourish Research is an equal employment opportunity employer.
