**Mission**

We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to drive hiring across both **technical and non-technical roles**. 

This is a high-impact role for an experienced recruiter who can own **end-to-end hiring, partner with leadership,** and **build strong talent pipelines in a fast-scaling environment.**

**This is what you will be contributing to:**

-   Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations roles
-   Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
-   Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
-   Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and improve time-to-hire
-   Drive sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes
-   Contribute to Talent Acquisition strategy and strengthen the employer brand

**Experience & skill set you need to succeed:**

-   3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition across tech and non-tech roles
-   Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-   Ability to source and close high-quality candidates for diverse roles
-   Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruiting platforms
