**Mission**

As a Commercial Executive, you will work directly with our Regional Vice President to drive strategic growth in CEE, with full ownership of the entire sales cycle - prospecting to close. This is a senior, high-impact role for a proven solution seller who thrives on building strategic relationships, navigating complex deals, and delivering transformative value to enterprise clients.

**What you will do on a daily basis**

-   Lead in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change.
-   Partner with Field Strategists and Solution Engineers in the sales process to design and position tailored solutions.
-   Apply Gap Selling to shape compelling business cases and value stories that connect technology to measurable business results.
-   Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement to secure commitment and drive transformation projects to close.
-   Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding the client’s current state, defining their desired future state, and aligning a solution that bridges the gap with clear business value.

**Who you are**

-   2+ years in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation preferred).
-   Have a track record of engaging senior stakeholders on strategic and business issues, not just product.
-   Can demonstrate deals where you uncovered unrecognized business problems and delivered measurable ROI.
-   Are experienced in managing multi-stakeholder, complex opportunities to a successful close.
-   Are confident discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial impacts in detail with client leadership.
