### Credit Controller

We’re looking for a **Credit Controller** to join our Finance team. You’ll work closely with the Credit Control Manager, building strong customer relationships, driving timely cash collection, and resolving billing queries with confidence and professionalism

## Requirements

**What you’ll do**

-   Manage collections and agree payment commitments with customers
-   Negotiate payment plans and resolve overdue accounts
-   Identify causes of late payment and work proactively to resolve them
-   Handle billing queries and complete account reconciliations
-   Request service restrictions in line with policy
-   Process administration and liquidation claims

**What you’ll bring**

-   Credit control or accounts receivable experience
-   Confident communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
-   Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
-   Calm, professional approach to challenging conversations

**Nice to have**

-   Telecoms or technology sector experience
-   Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
