## Description

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly organized **Reservations Manager** to join our hotels team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of the Reservations Department, ensuring excellent service to guests and partners while maximizing occupancy and revenue opportunities.

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
-   Lead, support, train, and motivate the Reservations team.
-   Handle and supervise reservations from Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Online Travel Agencies, and direct guests.
-   Monitor availability, allotments, stop sales, cancellations, and booking pace.
-   Ensure the accurate management and processing of all reservations in Protel and Opera PMS and other relevant booking systems.
-   Maintain and effectively use the hotel’s CRM system to manage guest and partner information, support communication, and improve customer relationships.
-   Prepare, analyze, and monitor reservation reports and performance data using Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
-   Use BI reporting and data analysis to identify booking trends, support decision-making, and identify opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
-   Work closely with the Sales, Revenue, Front Office, Marketing, and Finance Departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue opportunities.
-   Manage special requests, amendments, cancellations, and guest requirements efficiently.
-   Maintain effective communication with partners, Tour Operators, and guests.
-   Monitor reservation performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue.
-   Ensure a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and guest service always.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a Reservations Manager or similar senior Reservations position within the hotel industry.
-   Excellent knowledge and experience in using Protel and Opera PMS.
-   Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to prepare and analyze reports.
-   Experience with CRM systems and effective management of customer and partner data.
-   Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
-   Experience in managing reservations through Tour Operators, Travel Agents, OTAs, and direct booking channels.
-   Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-   Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-   Ability to manage a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
-   Professional attitude, responsibility, and a strong customer service orientation.
