## Description

Food Truck Promotions is an experiential marketing agency that brings brands to life through custom mobile pop-ups and immersive brand experiences. We work with some of the biggest and coolest brands in the world — and our production warehouse is the engine that powers it all.

We're looking for a **Warehouse Manager** who thrives on maintaining a facility and everything in it. You'll manage incoming deliveries, maintain our fleet of vehicles and equipment, and ensure our assets are always in top shape and ready to go. Think of yourself as the "Superintendent" of the space. If something needs fixing or moving, that's you.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Maintain and monitor all vehicles and equipment that live in the warehouse — tracking condition, flagging issues, and coordinating repairs
-   Identify and address maintenance issues proactively before they become bigger problems
-   Operate a forklift to receive, move, and stage deliveries and equipment throughout the warehouse
-   Perform routine and as-needed repairs using hands-on skills including painting, welding, fabrication, and general contracting

-   Ensure all assets are in good condition and production-ready at all times
-   Apply working knowledge of vehicle systems to identify and address basic mechanical needs

**Who You Are**

-   Exceptionally good with your hands — you fix things, you don't just flag them
-   Experienced in facility maintenance, mechanical work, or skilled trades (painting, welding, fabrication, etc.)
-   Comfortable working with vehicles and have a basic understanding of how they work
-   Takes pride in an organized, well-maintained workspace
-   A clear communicator who keeps the team in the loop without being asked
-   Reliable, self-sufficient, and takes ownership of a space

**Schedule & Compensation**

-   40 hours per week
-   Monday–Friday, 8:30:00 AM–5:00 PM
-   $30-35/hr, Potential for over-time
-   On-site at our Queens, NY warehouse
