**Salary:** AUD 75,000–90,000

**Workplace:** on_site

## Description

You don't need to know it all. You just need to want to learn.

At Forma, we work exclusively on residential projects — the kind where the benchtop is the centrepiece of someone's home, and every install has to be flawless. We're looking for a Stone Benchtop Installer who is eager to learn the trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a team that genuinely values its people.

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Installing stone benchtops in residential homes with care and precision
- Reading plans and preparing jobs accurately on site
- Representing Forma professionally in our clients' homes
- Working alongside experienced team members to develop your skills
- Learning site measuring and the finer details of residential installation

## Requirements

Experience is a bonus — but it's not what we hire on. What matters most is:

- A willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm for the trade
- A team-first attitude and a reliable, consistent work ethic
- Respect for clients and pride in the work you put your name to
- A current driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia

_It will work in your favour if you also have:_

- Any experience in stone, construction, or a related hands-on trade
- An interest in site measuring and working to tight tolerances
- Confidence working in finished residential environments

## Benefits

- Top-level hourly rate + super + incentives (after probation)
- Sign-on bonus
- Full-time Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Long-term opportunity with a growing business
- Learn from experienced tradespeople in a supportive team environment
- Free snacks and drinks, weekly team lunches, on-site gym and showers

If you're keen to learn, show up, and grow with a quality-focused team — we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and start building something you're proud of.
