**About the role**

As a Senior Consultant – Public Sector, you will support public-sector clients and beneficiaries throughout the lifecycle of co-financed projects, from approval and implementation to monitoring, reporting, amendments, and completion, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and national and EU regulations.

**Your role will include:**

-   Supporting Beneficiaries and Managing Authorities throughout the entire lifecycle of co-financed projects: project approval, implementation, amendments, monitoring, and completion
-   Preparing and submitting Technical Sheets, Expenditure Declaration Forms, amendment requests, and other required documentation through the Integrated Information System (OPS)
-   Monitoring the financial and physical progress of projects, including the preparation of budgets, timelines, and progress reports
-   Monitoring funding allocations and projects included in the Public Investment Programme (PIP)
-   Preparing for verifications and audits and ensuring compliance with the national and EU regulatory framework
-   Preparing deliverables for consulting projects and communicating with public-sector clients  
    

**What we're looking for:**

-   BSc in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (postgraduate degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset)
-   At least 5 years of proven professional experience in project and programme management, with a focus on co-financed projects
-   Previous experience in a consulting firm or a Managing Authority / Intermediate Body
-   Knowledge and experience in using e-PDE  
    Experience with public procurement procedures (Law 4412/2016) and KIMDIS.
-   Extensive experience in using the Integrated Information System (OPS ESPA and/or OPS RRF).
-   Very good knowledge of the regulatory framework governing the management and control of co-financed programmes
-   Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
-   Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
-   Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-   Team player with strong communication and report writing skills
-   Positive attitude, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility
-   Willingness to learn and continuously develop
