**About the role**

As a Junior Consultant – Public Sector, you will support public sector transformation projects by analyzing business requirements, contributing to research and report writing, monitoring project implementation, and handling data and information responsibly.

**Your role will include:**

-   Generate business requirement documents for key process improvement projects
-   Effectively monitor project and program implementation
-   Analyze business requirements and prepare technical and functional specifications
-   Deal with project research and participate in report writing process
-   Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms
-   Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly 

**What we're looking for:**

-   BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Economic Engineering or any other related field (related MSc will be considered as a plus)
-   0 – 2 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm
-   Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
-   Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
-   Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
-   Effective communication and teamwork skills
-   Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and develop professionally
-   Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work
