**About the role**

As a Manager - Public Sector, you will be responsible for leading large-scale public sector projects, ensuring effective project delivery, team management, client engagement, and financial performance.

**Your role will include:**

-   Overall responsibility for the management of large-scale public sector projects, including planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and successful completion
-   Planning and coordination of project activities, resource allocation, development of project timelines, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of project deliverables
-   Leading, managing, and developing large project teams, including external consultants and consortium partners.
-   Managing project budgets and financial performance
-   Identifying and managing project risks, changes, and compliance requirements in line with the applicable national and EU regulatory framework
-   Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with senior representatives of public sector organizations, acting as the primary client point of contact
-   Contributing to business development activities, including the preparation of technical and financial proposals for public tenders and the development of project methodologies and delivery structures
-   Ensuring the quality of project deliverables and compliance with the company’s internal standards and quality requirements  
    

**What we are looking for:**

-   Solid academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
-   At least 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience in a managerial or leadership role
-   Proven experience in the management and delivery of large-scale public sector projects; experience in a consulting firm or client-facing environment will be considered an advantage
-   Experience in planning and scheduling activities for complex projects
-   Proven experience in leading and managing large project teams
-   Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
-   Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and reviewing the work of team members
-   Commitment to delivering services of high quality
-   Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
-   Strong analytical thinking with effective problem solving and decision making capabilities
-   Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills with clients and internal stakeholders
