We are looking for an enthusiastic Transfer Pricing Experienced Assistant to join our Tax Services team in Athens and help us deliver excellence for our clients.

**About the role**

As a Transfer Pricing Experienced Assistant, you will support transfer pricing projects through benchmarking research, documentation preparation, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations.

**Your role will include:**

-   Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analysis utilizing specialized TP databases (specifically Amadeus / TP Catalyst)
-   Prepare comprehensive Transfer Pricing documentation (Local Files and Master Files) to ensure full compliance with local and international regulations.
-   Perform industry and market research to analyze client business cycles, functions, and risk profiles.
-   Assist in ongoing TP projects, including the application of TP methodologies, financial adjustments, and the review of intercompany arrangements.
-   Collaborate effectively as an active member of the tax advisory team to deliver high-quality client deliverables under deadlines.

**What we are looking for**

-   BSc in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (MSc will be considered an asset)
-   1- 2 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing services in audit or accounting firm
-   Excellent in written and spoken English
-   Good understanding of accounting basis and principles
-   Excellent interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work in a team environment
-   Strong technical background
-   Detail oriented
-   Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
-   Excellent computer-literacy skills
