We are looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Professional to join our Payroll team in Athens and help us deliver excellence for our clients.

**About the role**

As a Payroll Professional, you will oversee multiple client payrolls ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence, while guiding team members, supporting client needs, and driving process improvements and business growth.

**Your role will include:**

-   Responsible for full year payroll calculation cycle and monthly payroll reports for clients.
-   Identify, research, and resolve payroll variances during daily review and controls.
-   Prepare and submit social security and payroll tax filings (e.g. APD, FMY)
-   Calculate compensation packages for employees
-   Processing employees’ time and attendance information for working hours/sick leaves/leaves/overtime hours etc.
-   Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal departments to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and support company objectives.
-   Respond to payroll-related and local labor legislation inquiries from clients.
-   Create and modify reports based on client needs.
-   Provide guidance and support to other members of the team as required.
-   Ensure compliance and accuracy with applicable local laws and regulations. ü
-   Stay updated on payroll regulations, labor laws and industry trends. ü
-   Communication with social security and labor authorities

**What we are looking for**

-   BSc in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field (MSc in Human Resources or a related discipline will be considered an asset)
-   3+ years of relevant experience in payroll administration; previous experience in a consulting firm or client-facing environment will be considered an advantage
-    Excellent knowledge of ERGANI, SEPENET and e-EFKA platforms
-   Experience with payroll systems such as SCAN, Hyper or similar payroll software
-   Experience in Time & Attendance systems will be considered an asset
-   In-depth knowledge of current labor legislation and payroll procedures
-   Experience in handling multiple payrolls will be highly regarded
-   Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-   Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
-   Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-   Team player with strong communication and report writing skills
-   Positive attitude, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility
-   Willingness to learn and continuously develop
