## Description

**Job Summary:** We are looking for caring, patient, and responsible staff to support children with disabilities during school day-out activities. The role involves helping children participate safely and comfortably in activities while making sure they have a fun and positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Support children with disabilities during trips, activities, and events.
-   Provide one-to-one or small-group support when needed.
-   Help children participate in activities and encourage independence.
-   Assist with personal care and other daily needs when required.
-   Follow safety procedures and ensure children are supervised at all times.
-   Communicate with teachers, parents, and other staff as needed.
-   Be patient, friendly, respectful, and understanding of each child's individual needs.
-   Help create an inclusive and enjoyable environment for all children.

**Working Environment:** This is an active role that may involve working outdoors, travelling to different activities, and assisting children throughout the school day.

## Requirements

-   Experience working with children is preferred.
-   Experience supporting children with disabilities is an advantage.
