## Description

As an In-Home Children's Caregiver, you will play an important role in helping children receive consistent, thoughtful care in their daily environment. ### Responsibilities

-   Support children with disabilities using compassionate, person-centered caregiving techniques.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   High school diploma or equivalent.
-   Experience with childcare, including supporting school-aged children.
-   Hands-on experience providing personal care and companionship.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-   Eligibility to work in the United States.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience providing mentoring.
-   Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
-   CPR certification.
-   First aid certification.
