# ForwardTN Careers

> <p><strong>Forward Tennessee (ForwardTN)</strong> is a nonprofit organization that serves the progressive community of the state by supporting coalitions in work that advocates for policy solutions that make Tennessee a fairer, healthier, more equitable state and in exposing the harmful effects of extreme policies on Tennessee lives.</p>
<p>ForwardTN works closely with national and state allied groups to develop, coordinate and share effective messages drawing attention to the effects of public policy decisions on the lives of everyday Tennesseans.</p>
