## Description

**FP Markets Group of Companies** is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies.

We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Junior Payments Officer in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

**Reporting to:** Payments Team Leader

### Key Responsibilities

-   Process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers accurately and on time.
-   Review daily withdrawal requests and make sure all required checks are completed before processing.
-   Verify payment details and ensure funds are allocated to the correct client accounts.
-   Monitor payment transactions and help resolve failed or delayed payments.
-   Communicate with banks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to check payment statuses and resolve payment-related issues.
-   Assist in investigating payment discrepancies and escalate more complex cases to senior team members when needed.
-   Respond to client questions related to deposits, withdrawals, payment confirmations, and transaction issues.
-   Work closely with Customer Support, Finance, Compliance, and Risk teams to resolve payment-related queries.
-   Support transaction monitoring by identifying unusual payment activity and reporting it to the appropriate team.
-   Help with payment reconciliations, reports, and keeping payment records up to date.
-   Learn about payment processes, industry best practices, and new payment methods.

### Candidate Profile

-   Good attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
-   Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-   Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
-   Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-   Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
-   Available to work Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:00.
