## Description

**FP Markets Group of Companies** is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time **Customer Support Specialist** **in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work**®.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat
-   Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms
-   Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat
-   Assisting other departments  
    

**Candidate Profile:**

-   Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
-   Strong communication skills across live chat, email and phone
-   Customer oriented mindset with good problem solving ability
-   Prior experience in customer support, and particularly in forex, CFDs or the wider financial services industry, will be considered an advantage
-   Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
-   Ability to work rotation shifts Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 or 16:00 - 24:00
-   Ability to work on public holidays and one Saturday & Sunday a month
