## Description

**Fraport Greece**, in the framework of the operation of the 14 Regional Airports, is currently looking to hire a caliber **Procurement Officer.** The ideal candidate will steer the process of the assigned projects in compliance with the corporate Procurement Procedure.

He/she will be a member of our company's Procurement Department within the Financial Division, reporting to the Technical Procurement Manager.

The role is located in our HQ premises in Marousi.

**What you will be doing:**

-   Conducts market research for new suppliers, products, and services
-   Issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) documents.
-   Handle the tender process and collaborate with the internal customers and the vendors for the successful outcome of the RFP process.
-   Review the specifications of the projects assigned and identify areas for improvement.
-   Perform technical and commercial evaluation, negotiate with suppliers, and report the tender results, recommending the optimal solution for the company.
-   Issue the official purchase orders and ensure that all agreed-upon terms and conditions with vendors are depicted.
-   Cooperate with all parties involved and the vendor for the finalization of the contracts.
-   Report, archive, and track the purchasing documents.

## Requirements

-   MSc in Engineering is mandatory
-   Approx. five years’ experience in procurement in the technical sector.
-   Proven experience in end-to-end tendering processes.
-   Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written at a professional corporate level).
-   Proficiency in MS-Office and tech savviness.
-   Previous experience in SAP MM would be considered an asset.
-   Fulfilled Military Obligations (if appropriate).
