### What you’ll do

Your main goal will be to communicate with our existing clients and help keep them engaged.

Your day-to-day will include:

-   Calling and messaging existing clients;
-   Following up with clients and keeping in touch with them;
-   Answering questions and explaining our products and services;
-   Helping clients with their requests;
-   Keeping client information up to date in our CRM.

## Requirements

You might be a great fit if you:

-   Are a recent graduate or finishing university;
-   Speak **Bulgarian and English** confidently;
