### About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Compliance Operations Specialist with a strong focus on process automation, data handling, and workflow optimization.  
This role is not a traditional AML compliance position — it is closer to a compliance automation / operations / data analyst role within the Compliance team.

The main goal is to help the team build more efficient, scalable, and automated compliance processes across onboarding, monitoring, reporting, and internal controls.

### What you will do

-   Support the automation of compliance-related operational workflows, reporting, dashboards, and risk metrics and scoring;
-   Review, investigate, and resolve AML alerts in the screening system related to PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media;
-   Provide operational support across different AML and Compliance functions while identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation;
-   Prepare structured inputs for developers and help define requirements for more complex technical integrations;
-   Maintain and improve reports, dashboards, and data-driven monitoring tools;
-   Work closely with Compliance, Risk, IT, and business teams;
-   Translate business needs into AML-compliant technical requirements;
-   Analyse large volumes of data and statistics, and prepare management reports;
-   Gradually deepen your understanding of AML and compliance processes within the fintech environment;
-   Learn the company’s compliance frameworks and business model, and grow into AML-related operational specialist over time.

## Requirements

-   Strong interest and previous experience in process automation, AI tools, and vibe coding;

-   Knowledge of or hands-on experience with SQL / PostgreSQL/other BD.
-   Practical experience using AI agents / no-code / low-code tools to automate workflows and routine tasks;
-   Experience and willingness to work with automated reports, dashboards, and operational metrics;
-   Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the IT team;
-   Fluent Russian and English B1+ / Intermediate or higher;
-   Willingness to learn compliance operations and gradually build expertise in AML processes;
-   Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ownership.

### Will be a plus

-   Previous experience in fintech, banking or a similar fast-paced digital environment;
-   Technical, economics, or finance education;
-   Experience with BI tools and reporting.
