## Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized **Senior Technical Project Manager** to lead complex, long-term technical implementation projects for a U.S.-based organization. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

### Duties / Tasks to Perform

-   Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects.
-   Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
-   Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
-   Continuously update project trackers based on meetings, emails, Slack conversations, and other project communications.
-   Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while managing changes effectively.
-   Measure project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods.
-   Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status updates.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
-   Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
-   Facilitate technical discussions and ensure action items are properly documented and followed through.
-   Keep team members and clients accountable for deadlines and project milestones.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion.
-   Strong background in project management, business operations, budgeting, and analysis.
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-   Outstanding client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
-   Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience using project management software and collaboration tools.
-   Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.
-   Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
-   Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-   Comfortable participating in technical discussions and translating technical information into actionable project tasks.
-   Experience managing technical integration projects is highly preferred.
-   Experience working with APIs or WhatsApp (WA) APIs is considered an advantage but is not required.
-   Confident, proactive personality with the ability to hold both internal teams and clients accountable.

**Schedule: Full-time | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Pacific Time (GMT -8:00)**
