This position is responsible for real-time monitoring of clock-ins via Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) platforms, addressing and resolving attendance-related issues, and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The role requires high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations professionally. **Duties/Tasks to Perform:** 1\. Real-Time Attendance Monitoring Monitor the call dashboard continuously to track caregiver attendance and verify clock-ins. Promptly identify and address incomplete confirmations, errors, or missed clock-ins. Contact caregivers 15 minutes after a missed clock-in to confirm attendance and assist in resolving the issue. Follow up with aides to ensure successful clock-ins. Alert scheduling coordinators immediately regarding mis-scheduled visits or geographic inconsistencies. Maintain constant communication with Scheduling Coordinators to address inconsistencies. 2\. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with EVV requirements by monitoring clock-in/out activity and taking corrective actions when necessary. Administer disciplinary measures for recurring clock-in failures or geographical discrepancies. Send timesheets for all confirmed missed clock-ins or clock-outs. Accurately document attendance issues and resolutions in the appropriate tracking system. 3\. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide assistance to caregivers facing issues with the IVR or mobile clock-in application.
