**🚨 Now Hiring: Operations Manager – Charlotte, NC (On-Site)**

We're seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead freight forwarding operations at our Charlotte branch. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role managing air, ocean, import/export, and domestic freight.

### **Responsibilities:**

-   Lead daily freight operations and team performance
-   Ensure compliance with TSA, FMC, and U.S. Customs regulations
-   Monitor KPIs, service levels, and cost control
-   Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive efficiencies
-   Oversee P&L and process improvements

## Requirements

### **Qualifications:**

-   _5+ years in freight forwarding_, with _2+ years in operations leadership_
-   Knowledge of international/domestic logistics
-   Experience with **CargoWise**, AS400, SAP, or similar systems
-   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-   Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
