## Description

**The Role**

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a 200,000 sq ft distribution facility in Southmain, Houston. This is not a desk job — you'll be on the floor, sleeves rolled up, leading by example alongside your team of 5 staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping

Lead, train, and motivate a small team of 5 warehouse staff

Maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all functions

Ensure on-time dispatch and service level compliance

Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations

Operate forklift and warehouse equipment as needed — hands-on required

Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant facility

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to meet client expectations

What We're Looking For

**Requirement Detail**

**Experience -** 3+ years in warehouse management, ideally in **3PL distribution**

**Leadership Style - Hands-on** – leads from the floor, not the office

**Team Size -** Comfortable managing and working alongside **5 staff**

**Facility Size -** Experience with **large-scale warehouses** (100k+ sq ft preferred)

**Equipment -** Forklift certified and willing to operate when needed

**Systems -** WMS knowledge required; CargoWise or similar a plus

**Compliance -** OSHA knowledge and safety-first mindset
