## Description

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic sales team, oversee daily store operations, and drive performance to meet and exceed goals. You’ll create a positive, high-energy environment where employees are motivated, customers are delighted, and the store runs smoothly every day.

**What You’ll Do**

**Team Leadership**

\-Recruit, train, and inspire a team of Sales Advocates.

\-Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.

\-Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.

**Sales & Performance**

\-Set and achieve ambitious sales goals.

\-Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.

\-Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

**Customer Experience**

\-Ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

\-Train your team on product knowledge and problem-solving.

\-Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

**Inventory & Operations**

\-Manage inventory, conduct audits, and maintain stock accuracy.

\-Oversee daily operations: cash handling, opening/closing, and compliance.

\-Keep the store organized, clean, and aligned with Cricket’s brand image.

**Marketing & Community Engagement**

\-Support local promotions and marketing initiatives.

\-Leverage social media and community outreach to grow store traffic.

**Reporting & Analysis**

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

\-Proven experience in retail or wireless sales leadership

\-Strong communication and coaching skills

\-Results-driven mindset and attention to detail

\-Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

\-Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

**Experience:**

\-Management: 1 year (Preferred)
