## Requirements

Duties include but are not limited to the following client cleaning specifications:

-   Carry out daily floor‑care duties, including sweeping debris, mopping spills, and vacuuming carpets to ensure all areas remain presentable.
-   Remove waste from trash cans and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport materials to designated disposal areas.
-   Sanitize restroom facilities by cleaning toilets, sinks, counters, partitions, and floors, and replenishing soap, paper towels, and other supplies.
-   Conduct routine checks on cleaning equipment and notify management of any repairs that are required
-   Maintain an organized workspace.
-   Follow all health and safety guidelines and training.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Prefer one or more years' experience as a Janitor but not required.
