Responsibilities  
\- Lead and manage electrical substation projects from design through to testing and commissioning.  
\- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.  
\- Coordinate with TB, consultants, and contractors to secure technical and regulatory approvals.  
\- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.  
\- Prepare detailed progress reports, documentation, and presentations for management and clients.  
\- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to project teams and subcontractors.  
\- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining high safety and quality assurance standards.

\- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
