Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and produce accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems in HDB and condominium projects.  
\- Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications.  
\- Coordinate and resolve clashes in BIM models by working closely with other disciplines such as mechanical and structural teams.  
\- Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and documentation based on BIM models.  
\- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project standards in all BIM deliverables.  
\- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, including design, construction, and handover stages.  
\- Assist in the preparation of project reports, schedules, and progress updates related to BIM activities.  
\- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM-related issues and best practices.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Information Modelling (BIM), or a related field.  
\- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably in electrical systems for HDB and condominium projects.  
\- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.  
\- Strong understanding of electrical systems, layouts, and schematics.  
\- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Singapore.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
\- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.  
\- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
