Plant & Workshop Manager (Rail / Infrastructure)  
Location: KL Workshop Based  
Work Schedule: 6 days a week

What You Will Do

\- Lead mechanics and fabrication teams to support uninterrupted rail construction operations.  
  
What You Will Need  
\- 8–15 years of experience in plant, machinery, or workshop management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects.  
\- Strong hands-on knowledge of rail track machinery, locomotives, wagons, and heavy equipment maintenance.  
\- Experience in coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and fabricators.
