Experience you need:  
\- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.  
\- Proven leadership in large-scale commercial or retail property operations.  
\- Expert knowledge of complex M&E infrastructure and building systems.  
\- Master of operational budget management and strategic cost optimization.  
\- Track record of driving safety compliance and vendor management.
