4 x roles > New Projects / Hands-on site CM / Hyer-Scale Data Centre / Greenfield D&B factory / Semi Con / Master ground engineering & BIM clash resolution / Data Centre, FAB, Industrial, infrastructure and Semi con.

\-Maintain physical progress against baseline schedules under tight deadlines.  
  
Experience you need:  
\-Deep expertise in substructure works, piling, and reinforced concrete.  
\-Data Centre, Industrial, Infra, Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor projects  
\-Experience from Tier 1/2 contractors, civil or infrastructure  
  
Nice to have / Bonus:  
\-Certified Lifting Supervisor status with valid CIDB Green Card.  
\-Hands-on proficiency using Navisworks for on-site BIM clash resolution.

\-Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager profile.  
\-Highly practical builder skilled at resolving Soil Investigation discrepancies.
