Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies and frameworks for the payments industry.  
\- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  
\- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions.  
\- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and product development.  
\- Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory compliance matters to senior management and other stakeholders.  
\- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation to relevant authorities in a timely manner.  
\- Lead training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.  
\- Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed of emerging trends and best practices.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 6 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the payments industry or financial services sector.  
\- Strong knowledge of local and international payment regulations and standards.  
\- Proven track record of successfully managing compliance programs and initiatives.  
\- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.  
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.  
\- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
