Stepping into this role means taking total ownership of a flagship hyperscale facility from initial shovel-in-the-ground to full client handover.  
  
  
As Project Director, you are the single point of executive accountability—leading multi-disciplinary PMC teams, managing direct C-suite/senior international tech client relationships, and steering massive budgets and schedules.

What You Will Do

Experience You Need  
\- 12+ years experience delivering large-scale major construction projects.  
\- Proven track record leading hyperscale data centre or mission-critical builds.  
\- Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.  
\- Strong client leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.  
  
  
Nice to Have / Bonus  
\- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification  
\- Open to Senior PMs from Tier 1 PMCs ready to step up
