Head of Advertising & Performance Marketing  
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)  
Open to: Malaysians and Expats currently in Malaysia (no relocation provided)

Key Responsibilities  
\- Set and build advertising and performance marketing strategies, with ongoing monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.  
\- Leverage data in collaboration with the in-house data analysis team to deeply understand customer behavior from the product owner’s perspective.  
\- Identify new audiences, uncover pain points, and develop innovative conversion strategies.  
\- Take full ownership of the budget and forecasting, and be accountable for both successes and failures, with support from a Director of Advertising for mentorship and business integration.  
\- Gain hands-on experience with AI-driven advertising, including automation, predictive bidding, and creative AI optimization, to future-proof your career.  
  
Requirements  
\- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.  
\- Strong hands-on experience managing large digital advertising budgets (ideally USD 1M+ per month).  
\- Deep expertise in Meta and Google advertising ecosystems.  
\- Proven track record in improving CAC efficiency and scaling customer acquisition.  
\- Solid understanding of LTV, ROAS, attribution modeling, and cohort-based performance analysis.
