Job responsibilities:  
\- Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.  
\- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.  
\- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.  
\- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.  
\- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.  
\- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.  
\- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members to improve the overall user experience.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.  
\- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.  
\- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.  
\- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
\- Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
