## Description

Job Position: Warehouse Assistant  
  
Salary: $2500  
  
Working Area: Tuas  
  
Contract Period: 6 months  
  
Working Hours:  
\- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm  
  
Job Description:  
\- Confirm finished goods (FG) taken over from Production are correct.  
\- Perform wrapping and palletising for finished goods.  
\- Responsible for placement of finished goods on storage shelves.  
\- Perform picking from picking list generated by Customer Service.  
\- Ensure shipment requirements, including special labels, are according to customers’ requests.  
\- In charge of releasing cargo based on Delivery Order (DO) number.  
\- Assist in loading finished goods into delivery vehicles.  
\- Accurately enter transactions into SAP.  
\- Work closely with Logistics to optimize warehouse space.  
\- Meet goals defined in departmental targets.  
\- Responsible for filing all digital and physical records to enable quick and easy access.  
\- Follow up on other duties as required.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehousing environment.  
\- Possess a minimum of GCE ‘N’ levels education.  
\- Possess a Forklift license or able to operate a reach truck.  
\- Responsible for arrangement of shipments.  
\- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with speed and accuracy.  
\- Competence with ERP software, especially SAP (Shipping), is an advantage.  
\- Flexible, resourceful, and task-oriented.  
\- Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.  
\- Able to travel between 2 work locations.
