Relationship Manager (HNW/UHNW Segment - China)  
  
Role Overview  
Our client is a family office platform focused on serving High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients from China.  
We are seeking a commercially driven and client-centric professional with established access to HNW/UHNW networks in China.  
This role will be responsible for driving client acquisition and managing long-term client relationships.  
You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering bespoke cross-border solutions spanning wealth management, lifestyle services, and global opportunities.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
Client Acquisition & Origination  
\- Originate and onboard HNW/UHNW clients from China through existing networks, referrals, and strategic business development.  
\- Leverage prior client relationships in Private Banking, Offshore Wealth, Family Office, or the Luxury ecosystem.  
\- Build and scale a sustainable high-value client portfolio.  
  
Relationship Management  
\- Manage and deepen long-term relationships with a portfolio of private clients.  
\- Conduct holistic client discovery covering wealth objectives, lifestyle needs, and global exposure.  
\- Deliver high-touch, bespoke client engagement aligned with UHNW expectations.  
  
Cross-border Advisory  
\- Advise clients on global asset allocation, cross-border structuring, and lifestyle solutions.  
\- Partner with internal specialists (investment, product, platform) to deliver tailored solutions.  
\- Act as a key interface between Chinese clients and international resources.  
  
Commercial Ownership & Growth  
\- Own client revenue generation and portfolio performance.  
\- Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, client conversion, and monetization.  
\- Contribute to the expansion of Chinese client segment.  
  
Requirements  
Relevant experience in:  
\- Private Banking / Offshore Wealth Management  
\- Family Office / Asset Management  
\- High-end Insurance / Immigration / Luxury Client Advisory  
\- Proven access to HNW/UHNW client network from China.  
\- Strong origination capability with a clear hunter mindset.  
\- Solid understanding of cross-border client needs, including wealth structuring, global mobility, and lifestyle solutions.  
\- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage sophisticated clients.  
\- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
