## Description

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre)  
  
Job Summary:  
\- This is a site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.  
\- The position focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration within a fast-paced site environment.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.  
\- Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.  
\- Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.  
\- Support procurement activities and subcontractor pricing.  
\- Verify site measurements and work completion.  
\- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.  
\- 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in a site-based role.  
\- Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.  
\- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.  
\- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site.
