## Description

BIM Coordinator  
  
Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:  
  
BIM Modelling:  
\- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing and MEP systems using Revit.  
\- Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.  
\- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.  
\- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve clashes and drawing issues.  
\- Support drawing submissions and project documentation.  
  
Engineering & Coordination Support:  
\- Assist in project coordination and drawing reviews.  
\- Support site teams in resolving drawing discrepancies when required.  
\- Attend coordination meetings and site visits when necessary.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.  
\- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software.  
\- Experience or exposure to BIM modelling for MEP services.  
\- Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.  
\- Good communication and coordination skills.  
\- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.  
  
Preferred Qualifications:  
\- Experience in plumbing-related BIM modelling.  
\- Familiarity with Singapore construction projects and BIM workflows.  
\- Experience with HDB projects will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
