Job responsibilities:  
\- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the CFD brokerage industry.  
\- Monitor and evaluate customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to provide actionable insights for product and service improvements.  
\- Analyze competitor strategies, pricing models, and market positioning to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.  
\- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.  
\- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align research insights with business strategies and objectives.  
\- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.  
\- Stay updated on industry regulations, economic developments, and technological advancements that may impact the CFD brokerage market.  
\- Develop and maintain databases of market intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for cross-functional teams.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.  
\- Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst, preferably within the financial services or CFD brokerage industry.  
\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.  
\- Proficiency in market research tools, statistical software, and data visualization platforms (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, Power BI).  
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.  
\- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  
\- Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and CFD products is highly desirable.  
\- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
