The Opportunity:  
GNAME is focused on expanding into the US and European markets and is seeking elite sales talent. The ideal candidate is a natural dealmaker with a knack for unlocking new territories. The Global Business Development team is responsible for discovering, recruiting, and closing new channels and prosumers. Core metrics for this role include top-line revenue and Time to First Value (TTFV).  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Execute high-volume, personalized outreach through cold calling, tailored emails, and LinkedIn messaging.  
\- Generate leads and conduct market research using various connective software tools.  
\- Identify potential B2B clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within target industries.  
\- Track industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify untapped market segments.  
\- Source accurate contact information and maintain organized CRM data.  
\- Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound leads from content downloads, webinars, or information requests.  
\- Deliver concise and compelling value propositions tailored to the prospect’s specific needs.  
\- Share field insights and feedback with the wider team to inform strategy.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management.  
\- Self-starter with a process-driven approach.  
\- Digitally native and comfortable with technology.  
\- Concise communicator with a strong understanding of American vernacular.  
\- Ability to work effectively with Chinese stakeholders.
