Role Overview:  
\- The Lead Epicor Functional Consultant is a strategic position responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Epicor Kinetic implementations.  
\- This role leads the functional workstream of complex projects, ensuring that business processes are optimized and the final solution aligns with the client's long-term digital transformation objectives.  
\- The consultant acts as a bridge between technical execution and executive-level business requirements, facilitating communication and understanding across all stakeholders.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of full-cycle Epicor Kinetic implementation projects, ensuring that all milestones are achieved with both technical and functional integrity.  
\- Conduct business process analysis workshops to translate complex client requirements into robust, scalable, and integrated functional designs.  
\- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor for C-suite executives and key client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.  
\- Drive pre-sales activities, including conducting complex product demonstrations, technical scoping, and creating detailed proposals.  
\- Provide guidance and peer reviews for other consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring adherence to best practices in implementation.  
\- Drive the evolution of internal implementation methodologies, tools, and consulting frameworks to remain current with Epicor Kinetic updates.  
\- Perform high-level functional design, configuration, and oversee testing and deployment strategies for mission-critical Epicor modules.
