## Description

Job Description:  
  
\- Administer students’ admission, withdrawal, course completion, and attendance tracking.  
\- Manage the front desk, attending to walk-in customers, students’ enquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests.  
\- Respond to email and phone enquiries related to courses.  
\- Coordinate various school administrative matters between different departments.  
\- Provide assistance to the Dean and Lecturers as needed.  
\- Assist in ad-hoc departmental responsibilities such as student events and outreach, Student Orientation, Graduation Ceremony, etc., when required.  
\- Engage with students by checking on their well-being and showing care and concern.  
\- Serve as the primary contact point for students.  
\- Perform any other duties as assigned.  
  
Job Requirements:  
  
\- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.  
\- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an academic institution; entry-level candidates are also welcome.  
\- Good track record in the service industry, with a passion for customer service and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.  
\- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.  
  
Salary Range:  
  
\- $2,000 - $3,000
