Key Responsibilities:  
  
\- Develop global IR strategy and market value management plan; translate AI, hardware & software technologies into investor-friendly business narratives to communicate core investment value.  
\- Build and maintain relationships with global institutional investors and analysts; organize investor meetings, roadshows and reverse roadshows; collect market feedback and align with business teams.  
\- Lead Hong Kong capital market operations including refinancing, M&A, ESOP and investor communications; manage cross-border market sentiment and crisis communications.  
\- Lead, develop and manage the IR team; set up processes, KPIs, budget and resource allocation.
