## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Monitor and reconcile daily fund transactions and cash flows.  
\- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for various funds.  
\- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely fund valuations.  
\- Support the implementation of new fund structures and investment strategies.  
\- Conduct performance analysis and reporting for fund portfolios.  
\- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.  
\- Identify and resolve discrepancies in fund accounting and operations.  
\- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance fund operations systems and processes.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  
\- 1-3 years of experience in fund operations, accounting, or a similar role.  
\- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.  
\- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
\- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
\- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
