Content Creation & Management  
• Develop and maintain structured content for training programs, learning modules, and course materials.  
• Create content guides and copy for membership portals, user onboarding, and in-app communities.  
• Moderate and enhance content within user forums and discussion boards to ensure quality and engagement.  
• Support video-based content with clear scripts, summaries, or subtitles when needed.  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into user-friendly formats.  
Competitor Research & UX Optimization  
• Perform ongoing competitor analysis, including benchmarking content styles, formats, and delivery methods.  
• Research digital learning and fintech community trends to shape content strategy.  
• Identify UX/content friction points through feedback and analytics, and propose improvements.  
• Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to align content with platform journeys.
